Did you know that the English Royal Family are not allowed to play Monopoly? Apparently, the Windsors are cutthroat competitive and we’re not certain if swords were drawn and a duel declared, but it was decided to put a kabosh on playing Monopoly. This is a true story, because I read it on the Internet. So there.
 
I’m taking a page from the Royal’s playbook and have curated a collection of games, activities, and food that Queen Elizabeth herself approves!*
 
- a collection of DVD’s, at least one will have been filmed in Pittsburgh!
- a variety of movie-sized, chock full of sugar and other delicious goodness old-fashioned theater candy
- popcorn packs and a gaggle of napkins (Mom doesn’t like it when you wipe your hands on the furniture/your clothes/the dog)
- a collection of jigsaw puzzles and one large board game -or- four smaller games that can include the use of playing cards, and dice
- seasonal drink mixes (hot chocolate when it’s cold outside, lemonade when it’s warmer)
